For over 10 years, Jasmine has built her expertise in marketing across government and NHS, and one day decided to combine her passion for the beauty industry with her background in marketing.

Living and breathing the beauty industry, Jasmine works at the intersection of design, strategy and digital, leading projects as Head Designer and shaping brands from the ground up. With a background in computer engineering and marketing, she brings both creative vision and technical precision to every project.

Alongside her agency, she Jasmine also runs Beauty Entrepreneur Network, a community built to support, connect and inspire beauty founders as they grow their brands.

Having lived in six countries and worked professionally across France, the UK and Germany, Papis brings a truly international perspective, combining strategic thinking with cultural insight. His expertise spans omnichannel strategy, brand development and commercial growth, making him a trusted advisor for brands looking to scale with clarity and precision.
