For the past few weeks, I’ve been away from my desk for a very special reason.
I got married.
After months of planning, endless to-do lists, a beautiful wedding and an unforgettable honeymoon in Mauritius, I’m officially back at work. The only difference is that I’m returning as Jasmine Reed.

As someone who spends every day helping beauty brands navigate growth, repositioning and transformation, I couldn’t help but laugh at the irony of going through a rebrand of my own.
For years, I’ve built my reputation as Jasmine Griffin.
I’ve launched beauty brands, designed websites, developed brand strategies and written countless articles. I’ve been featured in industry publications, spoken at events and spent years attaching my work, expertise and reputation to a name.
Then one day, almost overnight, that name changed.
It’s a strange feeling.
When you’re in branding, you quickly learn that a brand is far more than a logo, colour palette or name. It’s the meaning people attach to it. It’s the trust you’ve built, the experience you’ve created and the reputation you’ve earned.
Thankfully, those things don’t disappear because of a new surname.
The Beauty of Marketing remains exactly the same.
Our mission remains the same.
Our passion for helping beauty brands grow remains the same.
The only difference is that I’ll now be signing off emails, proposals and strategy documents as Jasmine Reed.
This milestone has also given me a moment to reflect on the journey so far.
What started as a small beauty marketing agency has grown into a business that has worked with founders around the world, launched new brands, supported industry events and helped beauty businesses bring their visions to life through branding, websites, photography and strategy.
As I enter this new chapter personally, I’m equally excited about the next chapter professionally.
The beauty industry continues to evolve at an incredible pace, and we’re evolving with it. From the rise of AI and social commerce to the growing importance of community, content and customer experience, there has never been a more exciting time to build a beauty brand.
So whilst my surname may have changed, my ambition certainly hasn’t.
I’m incredibly grateful for the support of our clients, partners and community who have been part of this journey so far.
Here’s to the next chapter.
Mrs. Reed 🤍
